Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Grow relationships through assessing customer needs and resolving challenges
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails between several accounts.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide price quotes and follow-up on sales leads.
  • Enter order info into the scheduling system.
  • Be willing to go the extra mile for the customers

Requirements and skills

  • High school diploma.
  • Strong phone skills.
  • Customer support experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
