Duties and Responsibilities Include:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide price quotes and follow-up on sales leads.
- Enter order info into the scheduling system.

Requirements and skills
- High school diploma.
- Strong phone skills.
- Customer support experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
