Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate membership sales.
  • Welcome all members and guests warmly and bid them farewell as they leave.
  • Check in members and guests following established company protocols.
  • Manage communication through club software during member check-in.
  • Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Inform members and guests about special events.
  • Foster an inviting atmosphere for all members.
  • Address all member inquiries or escalate to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Promote and sell retail merchandise.
  • Coordinate member services, including tanning and hydro-massage.
  • Process payments for member services according to company guidelines.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of club facilities, services, and schedules.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by club management.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform opening and closing tasks as required.
  • Participate in employee training sessions.
