Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge and maintain vital customer relationships to foster partnerships and secure new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about federal and state projects and identify potential leads for new ventures.
  • Lead the exploration of business prospects, evaluate market opportunities, and devise strategies for entering new markets.
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning to assess project viability.
  • Develop policies, propose initiatives, and negotiate with potential clients.
  • Lead new business development endeavors, create business proposals, and handle negotiations.
  • Ensure attainment of strategic revenue targets for designated markets or industry sectors.
  • Contribute significantly to acquiring new clients and partners while managing existing relationships.
  • Take on an entrepreneurial role with the responsibility of meeting revenue goals in specific market segments through consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Network with influential figures in the industry to stay abreast of trends and opportunities.
  • Formulate and communicate a strategic vision on seizing market trends and maximizing opportunities for the firm.
  • Supervise projects, allocate resources effectively, and lead activities aimed at driving revenue in target accounts.
  • Manage multiple projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Perform any other duties as delegated.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Professional license as an Architect or Engineer
