Responsibilities

  • Promote the brand enthusiastically, acting as a Carhartt ambassador, while guaranteeing that your actions align with our corporate mission and values.
  • Provide the ultimate retail consumer experience with each consumer interaction.
  • Establish a sincere consumer connection by concentrating on providing extraordinary, engaging, efficient, and personalized consumer experiences, all while narrating the Carhartt narrative.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure proper product display (sorting, folding, restocking, etc.).
  • Engage with the team by contributing positively and cooperatively, ensuring that you bring your best self to work daily.
  • Participate actively in performance and talent management processes, being open to development, training, coaching, and feedback, with a proactive emphasis on performance enhancement.
  • Support leadership by maintaining operational standards and working safely, including compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate as a team member to meet/exceed the total revenue goals of the store.
  • Identify sales opportunities, provide optimal solutions for each consumer, and boost sales by surpassing consumer expectations.
  • Assist in organizing community engagement events and suggest ideas to bolster brand recognition in the community.
  • Take ownership of your personal development and professional growth.

Required Skills and Experience

Preferred previous retail experience. Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills. Outstanding team and collaboration skills.

Additional Requirements:

Strong PC skills: Proficiency in POS Systems and Microsoft Office.
