Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising products, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math and reading skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Sales Associate role requires occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations is essential.
