Florida Supply & Cleaning Products (FSCP) is a hospitality distributor located in Daytona, FL that specializes in selling hospitality supplies across four main areas: Amenities, Janitorial, Textile, and Chemicals. With a thriving history of 30 years, our team of 31 dedicated individuals maintains relationships with approximately 700 hotels. While a significant portion of our business is in Orlando, Daytona, and Jacksonville, we are now expanding our reach into Tampa. At FSCP, our foremost priority is to serve our customers exceptionally well. A hallmark of our service is our ability to deliver orders by the next day. We believe this commitment to our customers plays an essential role in our sustained success.

Who are we looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on selling to hotels in the Tampa area, with a particular emphasis on opening new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business leads by leveraging your network, industry knowledge, and engaging in proactive cold-calling efforts.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hotel industry to understand their unique needs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to improve customer satisfaction, enhance future revenue streams, and consistently exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • Autonomous Sales: While you will collaborate with our sales team and Sales Manager, you must be self-driven, as each sales representative manages their territory.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the sale.
  • Accurately forecast sales results and trends for a specific territory, group of accounts, etc.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and territory management, particularly in the hospitality industry with housekeeping departments as your primary contact.
  • Experience with trip planning, territory routing, and account prioritization is preferred.
  • Strong network within the hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
