People Architects has partnered with DCA Construction Products, a U.S. Veteran owned NE Ohio based manufacturer of industry leading branded construction/concrete products. Their industry leading brands of products include, Durajoint® “The Original” Waterstop and Preco® Concrete Accessories. These brands are sold through two distinct sales channels, the Distributor-based Cast-In-Place Division and the Producer-based Precast Division.


DCA is seeking to hire a Sales Manager. Their ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, sales management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. This candidate will focus on sales and inside sales management within our client’s existing Precast Division.   


Duties & Responsibilities: (Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation) 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Precast Concrete market. 
  • Focus on growing existing Key Accounts and identify and pursue new prospective Key Accounts. 
  • Manage a team of existing inside sales Account Managers within our Precast Division.
  • Identify new product opportunities applicable to the Precast Concrete market.
  • Willingness to travel.


Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of Inside or Outside Sales experience with proven sales growth results and market share gains.
  • Previous management experience.  If you've had experience as a Branch/Operations Manager, or Sales Manager, servicing the construction industry, that is a plus. 
  • Possess leadership skills which include, but not limited to, leading by example, being a team motivator while always being self-accountable.
  • Required goal oriented individual personality traits for this position are, to be a self-starter, have an unwavering strong work ethic, and possess the innate willingness to face challenges with the desire to go above and beyond to achieve and exceed provided sales growth goals.


Compensation:

  • Salary Range of $75,000 to $85,000
  • Uncapped Commissions
  • Potential Year-End Performance Bonus
