Job Description

- Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources for all finance deals.

- Ensure all necessary documentation is acquired and submitted to the finance source promptly for timely payment of finance contracts.

- Collaborate with Sales Manager to ensure a reasonable profit from each sale.

- Review all paperwork for accurate title, lien information, taxes, etc.

- Set and achieve monthly goals.

- Verify insurance with customers' agents, collect deposits, and confirm trade payoffs.

- Adhere to all company safety policies, report any accidents promptly.

Qualifications

- Preferred experience in an automotive dealership

- Some weekend availability needed

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to understand and follow instructions

- Finance degree or equivalent experience

- Basic computer skills preferred

- Professional and presentable appearance

- Strong communication skills

- Authorized to work in the USA

- Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
