Job Title: Title Specialist

At Hendrick Automotive Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Title Specialist to join our team. As a Title Specialist, you will play a critical role in preparing tax and title documents for vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tax and title documents on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Examine contracts to ensure conformity to specified requirements, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Submit legal transfer documents to the DMV in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain CSI at or above company standards, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Process paperwork efficiently and effectively, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Maintain files of tax and legal transfer documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval of critical information.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience or training is required, but a strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to receive and communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions and deal with standardized situations.
