The Conference Center Associate oversees the daily operations of the conference center, ensuring adherence to company standards and providing exceptional customer service to all clients and end users.

They are responsible for planning and executing conference center activities, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and addressing client inquiries and requests.


Job Responsibilities:
Execute daily activities according to Forrest Solutions Standard Operating Procedures.
Adhere to company policies, rules, and guidelines at all times.
Provide memorable customer service experiences to clients and end users.
Plan and coordinate events in the conference center.
Answer telephones and make reservations for clients, tracking information in the database.
Communicate effectively with operating departments including Conference Services, Catering, and Audio Visual.
Check conference room setups prior to events, ensuring they meet service level agreements.
Finalize planning details with clients and distribute information to operating departments.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of conference rooms, including sanitization, dusting, restocking, and alignment of furniture and equipment.
Provide business center services upon request.
Run end-of-day reports and maintain records as required.
Assist with any reasonable requests for assistance.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Prior experience in Conference Center/Hospitality preferred.
Proficiency with PC's, Audio Visual equipment, printers, and MFD's.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to deliver added value to clients and maintain positive relationships.
Team player with a positive attitude and ability to motivate peers.
Experience working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform filing tasks as needed.
Clear thinking, problem-solving, and good judgment skills.
Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
Pleasant and cheerful disposition at all times.

Physical Demands:


This role may involve some sedentary tasks, but filing and lifting may be required occasionally, including bending, standing, and lifting files or equipment as necessary.
