Responsibilities

  • Support TEGG Service Managers with project management processes for successful completion of TEGG service projects.
  • Assist TEGG Service Managers and Electricians throughout project set up, progress, and close-out.
  • Organize digital and physical project files and handle project data in accounting software.
  • Generate TEGG reports based on data collected by TEGG technicians.
  • Coordinate bid invitations and support managers in gathering details for estimates.
  • Collaborate with managers to organize project estimates files and documents, including digital file set up and acquisition of project plans and specifications.
  • Participate in obtaining and handling all vendor quotes during the estimation process.
  • Contribute to estimate finalization and prepare bid documents in response to bid requests.
  • Handle submittals, purchase orders, and subcontractor interactions.
  • Compile necessary documentation as requested by owner/general contractor and project management.
  • Execute change order procedures, including preparing change order and extra work requests, and maintain related files and cost data in Spectrum.
  • Assist TEGG Service Managers in creating schedules of values, monthly billings, and time and material billings.
  • Prepare TEGG reports for customers showcasing results of energized and de-energized testing using data collected by TEGG technicians.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of billing experience, ideally in the AEC industry or a similar invoicing/accounting role
  • Preferably experienced in Viewpoint construction accounting software

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong grasp and application of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures in various accounting audits, transactions, and problem-solving scenarios
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word applications
  • Effective organizational skills including time management, precise attention to detail, and accurate data analysis
  • Demonstrate alignment with Our Guarantees through your behavior
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
