This role can be based either in Lynchburg, Virginia, or Pineville, North Carolina, and will report directly to the Director of Channel Marketing & Brand. Join a diverse team of professionals, thought leaders, and innovative individuals who are passionate about challenging the status quo.

**Job Overview:**
- Play a crucial role in supporting strategic marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Manager and the Harco Sales Team
- Assist in marketing campaign implementation, trade show coordination, budget tracking, and creating marketing materials

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work with internal and external creative teams to develop engaging marketing collateral
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials
- Manage inventory of marketing materials and coordinate reprints
- Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation
- Liaise with vendors for timely delivery of exhibit materials
- Support pre and post-show marketing efforts
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels
- Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Develop timelines and project plans
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for future optimization

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
