Role Responsibilities:
  • Become proficient in commercial real estate analysis, brokerage, and advisory services.
  • Initiate contact with commercial property owners through proactive outreach.
  • Be prepared to make daily cold calls to investment property owners.
  • Maintain meticulous records of your activities using IPGs CRM system.
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools and resources to secure business deals and foster relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Real estate sales license (completed or in progress).
  • Competitive spirit and drive.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Work ethic, integrity, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Compensation Package:
$144,500 annual plan + opportunity for continuous growth and development.
