The City and County of Denver's third branch of government consists of 19 judges, 4 full-time magistrates, and 300 staff members. Case types include state, civil, small claims, traffic, criminal, and other general sessions cases within the City and County of Denver. The Division

The General Sessions and Criminal Division is a fast-paced environment serving many customers with complex legal matters. The Job

The Denver County Court (DCC) is searching for a Judicial Associate I to join the Criminal Division.

  • Support and represent Judge within a courtroom
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Support procedural fairness
  • Maintain detailed records
  • Enter orders in real time
  • Be the face of your courtroom
  • Find proactive solutions
  • Adjust work hours as needed

Required Minimum Qualifications

Educational Requirement: Graduation from high school
Experience Requirement: Two years of experience in a legal setting
License/Certification Requirement: Must pass initial screening
