Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join Anthropologie Group. As a Senior HRBP, you will serve as a strategic advisor to Anthropologie leadership and managers, overseeing a wide range of people-related initiatives. Collaborating closely with URBN Shared Services, you will drive HR and Talent functions while spearheading innovative employee experiences and supporting key areas such as talent development, organizational design, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with URBN HR to deliver people-related programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in onboarding and training of new employees, as well as conduct employee relations investigations.
- Stay informed on legal requirements and collaborate with legal teams to mitigate risks.
- Support employee listening strategies and drive initiatives for diversity and inclusion.
- Recommend and implement programs aligning with URBN's values and commitment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of HR experience in retail/fashion.
- Knowledge of DEI strategies, talent management, and employment laws.
- Client-facing experience and proficiency in project management.
