Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with URBN HR to deliver people-related programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new employees, as well as conduct employee relations investigations.
  • Stay informed on legal requirements and collaborate with legal teams to mitigate risks.
  • Support employee listening strategies and drive initiatives for diversity and inclusion.
  • Recommend and implement programs aligning with URBN's values and commitment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of HR experience in retail/fashion.
  • Knowledge of DEI strategies, talent management, and employment laws.
  • Client-facing experience and proficiency in project management.
