We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our EPI semiconductor manufacturing site.

As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving productivity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence.


About The Job:

Conduct Process Analysis:

Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop innovative solutions to optimize production efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve overall productivity.


Perform Time Studies and Capacity Planning:
Conduct time studies to determine optimal work methods, establish labor standards, and identify capacity constraints. Use this data to develop production schedules and resource allocation plans.

Apply lean principles and methodologies such as 6S, value stream mapping, and standardized work to streamline operations, minimize waste, and improve workflow.


Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

Drive continuous improvement projects by leading cross-functional teams, utilizing statistical analysis tools, and implementing process enhancements to achieve cost reduction, quality improvement, and productivity gains.


Perform Time Studies and Capacity Planning:
Conduct time studies to determine optimal work methods, establish labor standards, and identify capacity constraints. Use this data to develop production schedules and resource allocation plans.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis:

Investigate production issues, equipment failures, and quality concerns to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Design and implement database systems and dynamic visual dashboards that provide real-time insights into operational key performance indicators.

Lead and collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with equipment engineers, process engineers, production, Lean leader, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of processes, resolve issues, and achieve production targets

Travel up to 25%About You:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry not required but preferred.

Familiarity with direct machine control applications and methods including Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) softwarepreferedStrong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in process analysis tools such as value stream mapping, statistical process control, and root cause analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Competency with Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Visualization Tools including Tableau, Power BI, Python and SQL preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
