Position Overview:
As a Project Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will engage directly with clients to enhance technological frameworks. You will oversee tasks and initiatives linked to the product development lifecycle for digital offerings and services. Utilizing advanced consulting capabilities, extensive technical knowledge, and comprehensive industry insights, you will craft innovative solutions to intricate challenges. You will operate with minimal supervision while mentoring and guiding team members.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to modernize technology solutions.
2. Manage and coordinate tasks associated with product development.
3. Apply advanced consulting skills and technical expertise to solve complex problems.
4. Mentor and supervise junior team members.

Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements gathering.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and engineers.
- Experience in identifying documentation gaps and developing process documentation.
- Understanding of product management and Agile methodologies.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with the systems development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Background in systems and software engineering.
- Experience with projects involving multiple integrated systems.
- Strong presentation, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Agile or Project Management Certification.

Clearance Requirements:
Applicants selected for this position will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
