Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret customer drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure that our products meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure that our products meet quality standards.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce defects and improve product quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and correct quality issues.
  • Manage documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering, process engineering, or product engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and requirements, including AS9100 and NADCAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and commit to continuous improvement.
