Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Comcast Advertising (CA) Strategy & Operations (S&O) team by overseeing multiple Human Resources functions. Collaborating directly with the CA S&O leadership team, the position focuses on partnering with client organizations and the Human Resources team to ensure the achievement of strategies and initiatives. The responsibilities include managing recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and employee relations activities to optimize employee resources, as well as setting financial and operational objectives aligned with business goals. The role also contributes to the development of functional strategies and typically supervises groups of professional employees.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with CA S&O leadership to support their teams in achieving people and talent objectives effectively.
  • Assist in various employee lifecycle processes such as year-end performance evaluations, compensation planning, employee satisfaction survey analysis, critical talent planning, and more.
  • Work in tandem with Finance and Talent Acquisition partners to proactively strategize for workforce requirements.
  • Provide guidance, orientation, and training to managers and supervisors on Human Resources policies interpretation and administration. Manage Employee Relations matters and support employee counseling, discipline, and grievance handling.
  • Partner with management to ensure alignment of strategic HR goals, policies, and programs with business initiatives.
  • Implement compensation programs, conduct job analysis and job evaluation, and oversee performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines.
  • Demonstrate independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance, and flexibility to work outside standard hours if needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
