Human Resources Manager

Reliance Family Care Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the oversight and execution of company human resource related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including EEOC, ADA, and FMLA.
- Provide guidance and support to supervisors and managers in all areas of employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave programs.
- Develop and deliver employee training programs on topics such as compliance and safety.
- Maintain accurate and complete HR records, including personnel files, payroll records, and benefit enrollment forms.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school or other equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Current Criminal background check, FBI background check, and Child Abuse Clearance.
- Ability to work with all levels of internal staff and management as well as external clients and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Certification in SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
