Job Title: Youth Mentor

Work Location: Brockton, MA

Role Overview:

The Therapeutic Mentor (TM) offers structured, one-on-one support services to youths under 21, aiding in daily living, social skills, and communication needs. Services focus on improving social interactions, problem-solving skills, and appropriate behavior with peers and adults.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with youth in activities to fulfill treatment plan goals.
  • Provide coaching and training for social situations and skill development.
  • Maintain regular contact with youth and collaborate with involved parties.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to various contexts and submit progress reports.
  • Ensure transportation for treatment-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Driver's License, Auto, and Insurance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth
  • Preferred Bilingualism (Spanish/English)
