Enrichment Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrichment Leader to join our Power Scholars team at the Old Colony YMCA. As an Enrichment Leader, you will play a vital role in leading enrichment activities that promote academic success and personal growth for our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead enrichment activities according to fidelity and quality requirements
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and SLP Teacher to ensure enrichment activities align with literacy instruction
  • Assist with decorating the classroom space and setting up for enrichment activities
  • Ensure a 1:8 ratio is maintained throughout the enrichment portion of the day
  • Meet the individual needs of students, including inclusion and accommodations
  • Ability to accompany students on the bus as a bus monitor
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Experience organizing and mentoring youth
  • Actively pursuing a college degree, with at least one year completed
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend during the course of the day
