Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Power Scholars team for the upcoming summer season. As an Enrichment Facilitator, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging enrichment activities that align with our program's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Enrichment Facilitator, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and organizing enrichment activities that meet quality standards.
- Collaborating with the Program Director and teaching staff to ensure activities complement educational objectives.
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Setting up and cleaning up after activities to ensure a well-organized space.
- Monitoring attendance and ensuring compliance with program ratios.
- Accommodating individual student needs and providing support as necessary.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in mentoring or organizing youth activities.
- Current enrollment in a college program, with at least one year completed.
- The ability to engage actively with students and manage various physical tasks throughout the day.
