Job Title:
Inside Sales Consultant` must have sales or call center experience- or if you have a desire to be inside sales/ great personality and love to be on the phone talking with customers about our product.

Temp to Perm Placement
Reports to: Inside Sales Manager
Location: In office – Suwanee, GA
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm
$20.00- hourly to start. Typical bonuses range from $500-$1500+ per month
Will run a criminal, credit and drug test

Summary:
  • Making outbound calls as well as inbound. Upselling, overcoming objections.
  • Professionals in this position are responsible for handling inbound leads via phone, email, and text while also generating outbound opportunities daily. An ideal candidate will be comfortable selling our services and products to prospective customers with a focus on creating a positive customer experience while meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with existing and potential customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, to determine which product solutions would meet the needs of each customer.
  • Conduct needs analyses that uncover each customer's unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment handling multiple mediums of communication simultaneously including phone, email, and chat.
  • Access, update, and manage account information for new and existing customers in various databases.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, and the Outside Sales teams
  • Manage appointments for Outside Sales using scheduling tools.
  • Meet key performance metrics for call productivity, quality, adherence to call flow structure, and schedule.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Return all voicemails, texts, emails, and other follow ups required within the same business day.
  • Process account cancellations and attempt to save from cancelling when appropriate.
  • Performs other duties as requested.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, conflict resolution, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to seek out and seize opportunities and take initiative with little or no direction.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge with contact management systems (CRM/CMS) tools
