We are in search of a dynamic, detail-oriented, and analytical Process Improvement and Systems Analyst to become a part of our innovative team. This role entails working closely with internal stakeholders, assessing current processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing effective solutions to boost efficiency and streamline operations. The ideal candidate will possess a profound knowledge of business processes, adept data analysis capabilities, expertise in technology systems, and a sharp attention to detail. This full-time position is based in our headquarters in Rockland County, NY, with on-site work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and grasp business needs.
  • Thoroughly analyze existing business processes and systems to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas ripe for improvement.
  • Apply data analysis techniques to detect trends, patterns, and root causes of process issues, and propose viable solutions.
  • Create and document new processes, workflows, and procedures that align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and assistance to team members on new processes and system implementations, while also keeping them abreast of other potential ideas.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process enhancement initiatives, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and objectives pertaining to service management processes.
  • Regularly review and audit Freshservice configurations and data to ensure ongoing effectiveness or identify areas needing adjustment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Freshservice, staying updated on new features, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Document process modifications, system setups, and best practices for future reference and training purposes.
  • Stay informed about cutting-edge industry practices, emerging technologies, and trends concerning process improvement and systems optimization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or systems analysis.
  • Prior experience working with technology platforms is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management or organizational work, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software.
  • Collaborative work experience using Google Sheets and Docs, encompassing document sharing, permission setting, and version history management to support team collaboration and document control.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction and collaboration with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining integrity and trustworthiness in the handling of sensitive information.
