Insight Global is seeking a Contracts Specialist.

This position will be required to create a new Exchange and Third Party Vendor reporting process to meet contractual obligation.

This specialist will work with Sourcing and Engagement Managers to identify reporting obligations in Vendor Agreements, identify source systems for reporting, and work with Souring and Markets to create a reporting and governance process that will validate source systems with inventory systems to ensure accurate reporting.

They will create and document end to end process.

More day to day responsibilities include the following:
Review 3rd party and vendor contracts looking at terms and conditions to ensure that we are meeting contractual obligations

Review contracts to identify what is fee liable and what is not

Reviewing agreements with vendors

Currently a log of 50 contracts that need reviewed. This number is subject to change.
