Product Manager to lead the Developer Tools product experience and help us continue paving the way for billions of users coming onchain.
What you'll be doing (ie.
job duties):
- Articulate and execute the product strategy for a bestinclass suite of onchain developer tools
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and crossfunctional stakeholders to discover and deliver solutions
- Own the quarterly desired outcome, product backlog, and weektoweek execution on a focused set of prioritized opportunities
- Define a metrics framework to guide our decisionmaking in a datainformed manner
- Report on progress, surface strategic blockers, and refine strategy with Base Leadership
- Work with ecosystem builders to uncover unmet needs and the most impactful product opportunities for onchain developers
What we look for in you (ie.
job requirements):
- 5+ years of Product Management, with proven crossfunctional experience (e.g., BD, Marketing, Finance, Legal)
- 2+ years of onchain experience, with a deep understanding of Ethereum and onchain communities
- An owner mindset with the ability to succeed in a fastpaced environment
- Deep analytical, prioritization, and problemsolving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You understand that Product Management is all about derisking initiatives and delivering customer + business value
Nice to haves:
- Experience contributing to an onchain community or project
- Experience writing smart contracts
