How you will make an impact as a New Patient Intake Coordinator:

  • As a New Patient Intake Coordinator you will be the true first impression at ADVENT for phone interactions with our new patients
  • Assist new patients by answering questions regarding appointment scheduling, general billing, taking a payment, and explanation of ADVENT processes
  • Complete patient registration for all demographics, contact information, and insurance
  • Determine patient insurance status and guide outofpocket costs

  • Best in Class Customer Service experience in any business area
  • Experience working with customers over the phone preferred
  • Strong communication skills: verbal/written, listening, and building rapport
  • Excellent skills in ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attentiontodetail and accuracy in work
