Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate quality, risk, and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/performance measures.
  • Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.
  • Analyze and report on data collected from various sources. Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.
Requirements
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration:
    • Quality Professional preferred.
    • Risk Management preferred.
  • Education:
    • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
