Description and Requirements

  • Your role as a Merchandising Zone Lead and Trainer at Premium is crucial in ensuring the success of our field team.
  • You will connect merchandisers to our organizational culture and provide them with the necessary resources to meet client objectives in retail stores.
  • Using your extensive merchandising experience from various retailers, you will share this knowledge with merchandisers in your assigned area.
  • This involves tasks like resets, ensuring Planogram compliance, and assisting with new item cut-ins.
  • You will conduct store audits, closely collaborate with your manager and fellow merchandisers, whether in person or over the phone.
  • Your main focus will be training merchandisers to perform their tasks with complete compliance and fostering strong relationships with store staff.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Share your merchandising knowledge from various retailers by training new and experienced merchandisers.
  • Work 20-35 hours per week, unless designated as FT.
  • Travel up to 75 miles one-way.
  • Lead complex resets, ensure Planogram compliance, and new item cut-ins.
  • Conduct Time Studies for new projects.
  • Manage schedules for in-person training with merchandisers.
  • Perform store audits.
  • Collaborate with management and merchandisers in your area.
