Position Overview:


In the role of Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the performance of a Leslie's store, ensuring that it meets or surpasses customer service benchmarks, sales objectives, profitability targets, operational protocols, and merchandising goals.

You will acquire best practices to mentor and develop your team, setting the standard for exceptional customer service through your leadership.


Key Responsibilities:


Work closely with the General Manager to understand the comprehensive expectations and procedures related to store operations, sales strategies, profit margins, payroll, and all controllable expenses (P&L).
Conduct water testing and mechanical maintenance.
Boost both commercial and residential sales along with customer footfall.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations by the team.
Identify and recruit new talent for the team.
Maintain an inviting store atmosphere.
Assist with product presentation and inventory management.
Handle opening and closing store duties, which may include managing daily bank deposits.

Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently enrolled in High School.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
Experience in managing or leading a team.
Capability to qualify for the succession program.
Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
Ability to complete necessary training within two months of employment.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation:
$19.00 per hour
