Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. This includes greeting customers, approaching them to understand their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
  • Promote company programs, such as customer loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
Qualifications

Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience is preferred. We offer a competitive pay range of $16-$23 per hour, depending on location, experience, and position offered. We also provide a generous suite of benefits, including paid leave and a comprehensive benefits package.
