The Volunteer Engagement Manager plays a crucial role in the department by facilitating the onboarding process for new volunteers, providing training to ensure they effectively support their designated departments, managing the volunteer schedule to guarantee adequate coverage, and organizing events for volunteers.

Compensation Range: $26.64-$37.60/hour

In accordance with the California Pay Transparency Act, Scripps Health discloses the pay range for all positions. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and internal equity within the stated range. Please note that this range applies to employees residing in California only. A geographical pay differential may be considered for remote employees located outside of California.
