We are looking for a Lead Retail Sales Consultant to represent the Co-op. In this position, you will collaborate with a team to enhance REI's engagement with diverse audiences. Your daily interactions with REI Members and Customers will be essential. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource on all products, equipment, assortments, and services. Your proactive approach and productivity will guide Retail Sales Specialists. The Lead Retail Sales Consultant role is ideal for those who are passionate about the outdoors and embody the REI values. Responsibilities:

Key to Your Success:
Participate in REI Sales and Service Training to boost sales.

Store Preparation:
Manage stock, coordinate the stocking process, and handle merchandise.

Adjust visual displays according to inventory levels, new products, and promotions.

Ensure accuracy in inventory, pricing, and product stock levels.

Train and mentor new team members.

Collaborate with Department Managers to meet goals and daily expectations.

Your Attributes:
Experience in retail sales and customer service (preferred)
