Deploys and manages key processes indicators to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of team. Conducts root cause assessments and deploys countermeasures and improvements to optimize the operations.
Responsible for the cost controls and budget management of the operational/facility aspects of the VAS site. This includes forecasting and planning, monthly cost assessments deploying countermeasures and driving a constant pursuit of annual savings. In addition ensure forward looking visibility and forecasts operational needs based on market and customer initiatives.
