Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with families to develop new inscriptions, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Generate and dispatch invoices for inscriptions, tracking payments and following up as needed.
  • Gain proficiency in Mausoleum Software to assist with inquiries regarding the location of deceased individuals and their next of kin.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring compliance with mausoleum protocols.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of funerals, unveilings, and special services, coordinating with relevant staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Engage with prospective clients for at-need sales, preparing proposals and completing agreements in the absence of the Mausoleum Director.
  • Send appreciation letters to new owners, utilizing templates provided by the Mausoleum Director.
  • Participate in Mausoleum Advisory Group meetings, documenting minutes and contributing to discussions.
  • Oversee funerals as required, including the use of technology for virtual services.

Work Environment:
