Our client's looking to hire a dynamic Head of IT with a strong background in food and beverage manufacturing. Must be local to Chicago and ready to lead on-site daily. The role involves directing a very small internal IT staff, as well as the activities of an outside consulting organization and an MSP.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support a new MS Dynamics 365 environment.

Recruit, manage, and develop IT staff.

Oversee all tech operations: infrastructure, network, security, and support.

Establish and enforce IT policies to enhance security and efficiency.

Manage vendor relationships and IT budget.

Desired Qualifications:

Proven IT Director experience in food/beverage manufacturing.

Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Proficiency in IT systems and networks.

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.

10+ years in a technical role with significant leadership experience.

MBA or equivalent preferred.
