We, Nordend Film, are a relevant and creative production company based in Hamburg, specializing in the creation of non-fiction formats and films. Our projects cover a wide range of topics - from politics and economics to culture and society. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a knowledgeable support in the areas of accounting and office management.

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparatory accounting including correspondence with our tax office.
  • Execution of bank and cash transactions as well as handling payments with suppliers, health insurance companies, employees and other institutions.
  • Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Management and settlement of travel expenses using the Lanes & Planes tool.
  • Execution of general office tasks and office management.

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an accountant, office manager or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • For this position, we require excellent German language skills in both written and spoken form.
  • Thorough, dedicated and structured way of working.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs; knowledge of DATEV is
