What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Consult and recruit veterinary technician students from outreach to onboarding
Develop and implement strategic university initiatives for recruiting diverse technician student talent
Coordinate interviews and provide communication summaries to partner hospitals and management team
Qualify potential technician student candidates based on preferences and geography
Build relationships with veterinary technician programs and engage in community outreach
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Strong communication and team-building skills
Experience with social media and giving presentations
Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
Prior campus recruiting experience in veterinary, dental, or medical industries
CVT, LVT, or RVT license required
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in pipelining specific roles and building talent pools
Knowledge of the veterinary industry
