The Contracts Manager will serve as the air traffic controller for the legal team and play a critical role in managing the contracting lifecycle for a large volume and wide range of inbound and outbound contracts.

What You'll Do
  • Fanatically Manage SpyCloud's Contracts: Manage the contracting lifecycle for a large volume and wide range of inbound and outbound contracts. Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract review requests and facilitate the contract review, negotiation, and execution process. Proactively monitor, remind, and follow-up to ensure contracts are executed efficiently.
  • Scale Legal Processes Using the Latest Technology: Drive our contracting and legal processes using IronClad, Asana, and other integrated tools. Track KPIs for the legal and compliance team and work with cross-functional teams to communicate KPI results. Leverage the latest technology to streamline and enhance contracting and legal operations.
  • Build Relationships Across Cross-Functional Teams: Become the go-to expert for all contract- and legal operations-related matters. Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders including the Sales, Business Development, RevOps, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Support the Department Operations: Assist the Legal & Compliance team with matter management tasks, scheduling, and other legal operation tasks reasonable and consistent with the position and as needed.

Key Requirements
  • At least eight years' experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree with excellent academic credentials; certifications such as CISM, PMP, or CISSP are a plus; or equivalent work experience
  • Experience coordinating contracting activities, contract lifecycle management, and the contract negotiations process
  • Previous experience working with an in-house legal department strongly preferred
  • Experience working with sales partners in a fast-paced technology company preferred
  • Experience with contract management tools, with familiarity with Ironclad being a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and work efficiently in a high-volume, results-oriented environment
  • Possess strong collaboration skills and excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills
