About the Role

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial contracts department, you will play a vital role in driving our sales contracting, deal processes, and legal systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and allocate general contracts requests for the region, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Create first drafts of various contracts, including software license agreements, software as a service agreements, schedules, quotations, NDAs, partner/reseller terms, and statements of work.
  • Negotiate general agreements with customers and partners in line with SailPoint's commercial policies.
  • Manage third-party NDAs and changes to SailPoint's NDA.
  • Issue delivery notices for all software and cloud services orders.
  • Filing of signed agreements.
  • Negotiate and close signed contracts.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role in a software company and commercial environment.
  • Working knowledge of and experience in software licensing, SaaS cloud subscription agreements, contract negotiations, consultancy/professional services agreements, partner agreements, NDAs/confidentiality agreements, revenue recognition matters.
  • Excellent attention to detail in drafting, methodical, organized, and process-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to deal with all levels of seniority and facilitate coordination of cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Conga CLM (training offered).
  • Ability to manage multiple matters under pressure and in line with quarter-end timescales.
  • Proficient in contract database/management systems.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Familiarity with data privacy legislation and industry-standard data processing addendums.
Training and Development
  • Within the first month, you will be trained on internal SailPoint processes and familiarize yourself with our contract management tools.
  • Within 3 months, you will have gathered a sufficient understanding of the internal operations of the contracts department and your role to accomplish most tasks independently.
  • Within 1 year, you will have demonstrated a high-level understanding of contracts operations, including the ability to follow the playbook and escalation processes.

Base salaries for employees based in the US will be in the range of $86,590 - $123,700 - $160,810. Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
