  • The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in meeting vehicle sales targets by expertly leading the sales team, forecasting sales, and managing inventory levels effectively.
  • Responsibilities include hiring, training, and monitoring team performance, handling customer complaints, and assisting with sales closings.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a high-volume dealership, along with supervisory skills and a solid business acumen. Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills are a must.

Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
  • Prior sales experience essential, dealership experience preferred.
  • Experience in meeting sales targets, supervising staff, and strong leadership skills needed.
  • Must be outgoing, professional, and customer-oriented.
