  • Position Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving vehicle sales performance and ensuring the team meets its sales objectives. Your expertise will guide the sales team in forecasting, managing inventory, training staff, monitoring performance, resolving customer issues, and assisting in closing sales when necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in a high-volume dealership environment, along with a background in management or supervision. Key attributes for success include strong business insight, exceptional sales capabilities, accountability, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate effective sales forecasts and strategies
  • Support the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of team members
  • Set and manage sales targets and quotas
  • Ensure the achievement of all sales goals
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance
  • Optimize inventory to enhance customer choices

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is essential, while dealership experience is preferred. Familiarity with industry software is a plus.
