Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to become a vital part of our team at Jay Scott - State Farm Agent. If you possess the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:

  • You are a resident of one of the following states: CA, NV, AZ, OR.
  • You hold a full insurance license, including property & casualty, as well as life and health licenses, covering all or any of the specified states.
  • You bring at least one year of experience from a State Farm agent's office.
  • You maintain high standards for yourself and your colleagues, demonstrating a strong work ethic, a commitment to personal wellness, and a desire to work within a collaborative team focused on a meaningful mission.
What We Offer:
  • A full-time service-sales hybrid role with a competitive salary starting at $60,000 annually, plus bonuses.
  • Potential to boost your earnings to over $100,000 by addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Enjoy 4 weeks of paid time off each year, along with two company-sponsored retreats (3 days, 2 nights each).
  • This position is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be on customer service, addressing inquiries through various communication channels. You will also work to strengthen customer relationships, identify their needs, and recommend suitable solutions based on your extensive product knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Property & Casualty License (required in CA, AZ, OR, NV).
  • Life & Health License (preferred by start date in CA, AZ, OR, NV).
  • Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience at a State Farm agency (other relevant State Farm corporate experience may be considered).
