Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all studio visitors
  • Promote our brand and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our unique fitness approach
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to member inquiries, and handling sales transactions
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and healthy space for our members
