Summary of Position:

Through positions supervised, the candidate is responsible for ensuring the continuous growth of People, Sales, and Profits across all regional restaurants, overseeing operations to meet company standards consistently. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Operations Support Leaders to provide guidance and coaching to achieve financial and operational objectives.

The duties and responsibilities include:

- Aligning all performance standards with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Holding direct reports accountable for executing action plans to reach restaurant operating goals.
- Ensuring District and General Managers maintain established performance and ethical standards with their teams.

- Conducting restaurant visits to verify compliance with safety, sanitation, operational guidelines, and customer service protocols for existing and upcoming units.
- Sustaining profit levels while prioritizing guest satisfaction and increasing customer traffic.
- Supporting efforts to boost restaurant guest counts through marketing initiatives for both existing and new establishments.
- Upholding Federal, State, and local labor regulations consistently.
- Taking prompt corrective action to address subpar performance or conditions in underperforming areas.
- Proactively managing by making informed decisions and anticipating their impact on the organization.
- Developing, training, and mentoring direct reports while following established performance management processes. Providing performance feedback for General Managers, District Managers, and team members. Identifying talented individuals, those requiring support, and potential successors to ensure ongoing performance evaluation.
- Overseeing steps in the Performance Management Cycle.
- Conducting interviews for District, General, Assistant, and Assistant General Management roles. Making timely recruitment decisions and guiding new District and General Managers.
- Fostering cooperation and transparent communication through genuine and consistent interactions.
- Regularly reviewing staffing needs and succession plans in collaboration with team members, HR Partners, and the CEO. Forecasting turnover rates and developing strategies to retain managers effectively.
- Leading productive and timely operations meetings.
- Reviewing annual restaurant budgets to meet company financial objectives and devising plans to achieve financial targets.
- Meeting or surpassing sales budgets, achieving established net operating profit and cash flow goals.


Qualifications:

- Five years of prior experience as a multi-unit manager in a full-service restaurant operation, with professional expertise across all facets of restaurant management.
- Ability to travel frequently to Home Office (New Orleans) and various restaurant locations.
- Familiarity with Company operating policies and procedures is desirable. Proficiency in Labor Laws, Health Codes, Safe Food Handling, Sanitation protocols, Safety and Security systems, and computer operations is essential.
- Strong Financial Acumen and proficiency in analyzing restaurant profit and loss statements.
- Proficient in public speaking, capable of motivating and engaging individuals and groups, possessing strong organizational and analytical skills, along with training experience.


  • Experience working in the New Orleans market is advantageous.
