Position Summary

Le coordinateur des paiements et des opérations fournit un service client rapide à tous les membres et coéquipiers par le biais du traitement quotidien des paiements.

Défis principaux

  • Numérise, indexe et vérifie les documents de la coopérative de crédit pour maintenir l'exactitude et la rétention appropriée
  • Vérifie régulièrement les documents stockés hors site qui ont été numérisés, enregistre les documents dans le journal de destruction, et détruit le document original
  • Traitement précis du courrier quotidien comprenant les dépôts, les paiements de prêts, la correspondance des fournisseurs externes, les paiements et la correspondance sortants, et traitement du courrier de retour
  • Gestion des reconstitutions de plastique et audits
  • Responsable de la destruction de tous les documents et cartes conformément à la Politique de conservation des dossiers de la coopérative de crédit
  • Assister avec la collection étrangère et les éléments de dépôt de retour
  • Répond aux demandes de recherche des membres et des coéquipiers
  • Surveille diverses boîtes de réception de département par e-mail et boucle téléphonique
  • Assiste avec la comptabilisation des virements entrants
  • Assiste les coéquipiers avec des questions, des problèmes et des demandes concernant les documents électroniques et la récupération de documents
  • Championne la culture organisationnelle à la fois en interne et en externe; démontre constamment les normes de service d'Amplify et les promeut également parmi les coéquipiers
  • D'autres tâches peuvent être assignées

Formation et/ou expérience

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou GED requis.

Exigences logicielles et matérielles

Pour réussir dans ce travail, un individu doit avoir des connaissances et être compétent dans l'utilisation d'un ordinateur personnel, des produits Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel et Outlook); calculatrice à 10 touches et téléphone.

L'expérience préalable avec les logiciels suivants est préférée mais non requise: Hyland OnBase, Fiserv DNA

Rémunération et avantages
