Responsibilities as a Switchgear Inside Sales Manager:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue

Requirements for a Switchgear Inside Sales Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Demonstrated success in inside sales, preferably in the electrical sector
  • Sound knowledge of engineered power products and their applications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented approach
  • PMP Certification is a bonus
  • Minimum of 6 years of electrical experience with Project Management exposure preferred
