Job Summary

Hunton Rental Solutions is seeking a skilled Inside Rental Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, recommending solutions, generating quotes, and executing inside sales and fulfilling orders for our equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Prospect and qualify leads for existing and dormant accounts, competitor accounts, and new customers.
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on HRS Rentals' products and services.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of HRS Rentals to generate interest and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Possess a strong customer-centric attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the rental industry and/or equipment.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of related inside sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
