How You Will Make an Impact

  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and product offerings aligned with Risk Management services.
  • Develop and communicate effective strategies to assist clients in managing risks and
  • Collaborate with CEs to develop customized cost containment strategies while ensuring service deliverables are met.
  • Utilize business acumen and relationship-building skills to consult with business leaders
  • Collaborate with CEs to retain existing clients and secure prospective ones by delivering impactful risk management solutions.
  • Provide consultation to Property & Casualty clients on comprehensive cost containment strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, CEs, service partners, and carriers.
  • Efficiently prioritize travel demands to effectively fulfill service plans for assigned clients.
What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, safety, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Industry certifications such as ARM, CSP, or CPCU are desired.
  • Wisconsin P&C Insurance license is desired, or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication, adaptability, customer orientation, and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to make presentations to high-level executives and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites approximately 40% of the time, including some overnight stays.
